Your Motivation - Having a regularly scheduled appointment is great for maintaining your motivation. Not only will you have someone else to report back to, you'll also be taking part in a structured and realistic programme designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum amount of time.

Your Nutrition - One of the key areas for personal trainers is nutritional advice. Your trainer will provide information about eating the right foods, in the right quantities and at the right time.

1 on 1 Training - Your trainer will be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and for the hour or two that you see them - they are all yours. Your trainer will show you exercises that will directly impact your goals and give you exactly what your body needs.

Where the sessions take place

The King's Club
Sessions that take place at the Club enable you and your trainer to use the Fitness Suite, the Strength and Conditioning Studio and, of course, Wimbledon Common should you decide to train ourdoors every now and again.

Our large, private and exclusive personal training studio opened in October 2011. This is ideal for anyone wanting to train in a private, non-gym environment.

What to expect from your sessions

You'll start with an initial 30-minute Health Check to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals. For example, you might want to lose weight, improve posture or simply get fitter. This gives you an agreed starting point and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress. You will then be given regular health checks and assessments at specific points through your personal training journey to ensure you are heading in the right direction.

Your personal training programme will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression. Our trainers will also provide sound nutritional advice to ensure you have a diet to match your exercise programme.
