LIFEGUARD

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team.

You must be NPLQ lifeguard qualified.

Hours of work

Part-time shifts include weekday evenings & weekends
Weekdays 17:15 – 19:30
Weekends 09:00 – 13:00 & 13:00 – 18:00

• Lifeguard supervision
• Cleaning duties

We are looking for someone who:

• Has great people skills
• Ability to think and work independently
• Excellent customer service skills

• Setting up and taking down equipment

Casual Receptionist Vacancy

The Role

The King’s Club Wimbledon is looking for receptionists to work on a casual part-time basis.

This role would be suitable for someone looking for evening and weekend work.

Hours of work
Part-time shifts include weekday evenings & weekends
Monday – Fridays 17:45 – 22:15
Saturdays or Sundays 08:45 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 19:15

You must be available to work any of the above times/days

Key Responsibilities

• To create a great first impression and provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
• Effectively handle class bookings, payments and queries
• Provide information and advice wherever possible on all King’s Club activities, courses and membership options.
• To liaise with management in order to seek consistent improvements in efficiency and customer service and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the club on a day to day basis.

Person Specification
We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and listening)
• Engaging, friendly and proactive
• Good attention to detail
