Fitness Facilities Rules


  • We cannot allow member’s or guests onto the premises before 06.00pm on weekdays due to Child Protection as we are a dual use facility
  • ALL equipment must be returned to racks / shelves after use, this helps to keep our gym clean and tidy
  • Anybody under the age of 16 is not permitted to use our Fitness Suite or Strength & Conditioning Suite
  • All those aged between 16 – 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21

Our fully equipped Strength & Conditioning Studio allows members to improve their strength using our dumbell weights ranging from 6kg – 40kg; a wide range of shapes and weighted bars; kettle bells ranging from 6kg – 16kg; 3 pull up bars and lots more.
