What to expect from your sessions

You'll start with an initial 30-minute Health Check to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals. For example, you might want to lose weight, improve posture or simply get fitter. This gives you an agreed starting point and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress. You will then be given regular health checks and assessments at specific points through your personal training journey to ensure you are heading in the right direction.

Your personal training programme will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression. Our trainers will also provide sound nutritional advice to ensure you have a diet to match your exercise programme.
