Classes & Information

Our wide range of classes are open to all ages and abilities. They are a great way to meet people as well as increase your fitness, health and well-being.

All classes are FREE to Fitness & Platinum members with the exception of Yoga & Pilates but are also available to guests, see our Guest Fees page for more details. Booking is not required with the exception of our specialist classes like Pilates, Yoga and Spinning where places are limited.

This music related class is a mixture of high and low intensity moves in choreographed combinations, including small weights for the toning elements of the class. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve aerobic endurance, burn calories and increase muscle tone. So come along and try it, but remember spaces are limited!
Bookings open one week in advance.

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics

Saturday 10.30am – 11.30am with Gisela

This class works your whole body’s agility and balance, using a step-up platform. It can improve your coordination,tone your lower body and gives you a complete cardio workout. Step is an energetic and fun workout for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Fun factor guaranteed!
As well as the traditional step routine, be prepared for some fun dance moves. We’ll also focus on toning a different area of the body each week. This is a great class to kick-start your weekend.

Gisela is our experienced personal trainer and Zumba® instructor. Every class is a blast and you cannot do anything wrong.
