Can anyone take part in the classes?
Yes, our classes are open to both members and guests. The classes cater for all levels so come along and give them a go.

Do I have to pay extra for classes?
The majority of classes are free to Sports Hall and Fitness members and £5 to others (with the exception of those marked * where additional charges & advanced reservations apply).

Do I need to book?
No, you just need to turn up a few minutes before the class and sign in at reception (with the exception of those marked * where additional charges & advanced reservations apply).

How do I book myself onto these classes?
Many of these classes are run as courses where advanced booking is required. Please contact the Club for further details.
