Yoga and Pilates
Here at the King’s Club we run four Pilates and two Yoga sessions throughout the week. These sessions are run as courses and therefore need to be booked in advance. All of the courses are also available to non members. Yoga enables us to find inner peace, emotional strength, physical stability, stamina and confidence. Create a permanent state of balance, strengthen your immune system and enjoy the feeling of renewed energy and enthusiasm. Pilates exercise provides internal strength, tones muscles, improves flexibility, balance and posture. Pilates combines the body with the mind enabling us to become more productive both mentally and physically.
